Client Manager (Remote, UK-based)

This is a full-time, remote position within the UK.

Who are we?

Meet Flowd 🚀

We're one of the fastest-growing marketing brands in the UK and we're looking for a Client Manager to lead the success of a portfolio of clients and own the outcomes we deliver for them.

We work with some of the world's most interesting brands and have big aspirations to become the leader in our space. Our international team of 40 is based across Manchester (UK) and Skopje (NM), and we're expanding our services fast around the world.

We aren't looking for your average employee. We're looking for someone who puts clients first, takes ownership of their success, and wants to help build what comes next at Flowd.

What you'll be doing

  • Own the full campaign strategy for every client in your portfolio, supported by our built-in AI automations.
  • Direct the BDE and Data Engineer on the client requirements.
  • Approve scripts, ICP and targeting, and launch the campaigns.
  • Run the client relationship from sales handoff through onboarding, reviews, renewals and expansion.
  • Turn performance data into decisions: weekly forecasts, account-health scoring and in-flight campaign changes.
  • Operate the Client Brain through our Claude-powered AI workspace to draft, critique and direct every campaign output.
  • Spot churn risk early, lead renewals end-to-end and close upsell opportunities with a value-led pitch.
  • Act as the first point of contact for all client communications and escalations.
  • Handle difficult conversations directly: underperforming campaigns, missed expectations, scope disputes.

What you'll need

  • B2B experience in client success, account direction, sales or agency strategy, ideally in outbound, SaaS or performance-led services.
  • A track record of owning client outcomes, not just client relationships.
  • Fluency with AI, especially Claude - you can prompt, structure, critique and ship.
  • Comfort with CRMs, Instantly and modern outbound stacks.
  • Level-headed under pressure, commercially minded and decisive.
  • A marketing mindset to understand campaigns - not essential.
  • The ability to think on your feet and build rapport with a wide variety of characters from different industries and backgrounds.
  • Proactive and results-driven.

  • Remote working
  • Opportunities to work in different countries with travel paid for

Events Marketing Manager (Hybrid/UK based)

This role is a hybrid, full-time position.

Who are we?

Meet Flowd 🚀

We're an award-winning B2B outbound marketing agency with an international team of around 40 people across Manchester (UK) and Skopje (NM).

We work with some of the world's most interesting brands and have big aspirations to become the leader in our space.

Events are a major priority for Flowd in 2027. They've consistently generated new business for us, and now we're looking for an experienced Events Marketing Manager to take ownership of this channel and turn it into a predictable source of pipeline and revenue.

We aren't looking for your average employee. We're looking for someone who brings ideas, takes ownership and is excited to play a key role in our growth.

What you'll be doing

Your main priority will be planning, promoting and delivering Flowd's events programme, both online and in person. You'll work closely with our CMO to deliver approximately one event per month, with a focus on generating new business.

Alongside events, you'll manage a focused set of ongoing marketing activities to keep our marketing engine running.

Events marketing (your main priority)

  • Plan and manage our events calendar, including webinars, in-person events, roundtables and conference appearances.
  • Develop creative event concepts and topics that attract B2B decision-makers.
  • Build and execute promotional campaigns through LinkedIn outreach and email marketing.
  • Work with the CMO to produce event assets, including landing pages, presentations and promotional content.
  • Host, coordinate and deliver events, both online and in person in Manchester.
  • Manage post-event follow-up campaigns to convert attendees into booked meetings and paying clients.

Email marketing and CRM

  • Plan and deliver two email campaigns per week through Klaviyo, including event promotions.
  • Maintain and optimise existing email marketing flows.
  • Develop reactivation campaigns targeting previous leads and prospects.

Content and website

  • Produce one SEO and GEO-optimised blog per week, using event content and industry insights where relevant.
  • Manage weekly website content updates as required.
  • Use AI tools to support content creation and improve efficiency.

Brand credibility and PR

  • Manage our case study pipeline, including coordinating client shoots and securing approvals.
  • Build and maintain our customer review strategy across platforms such as Trustpilot.
  • Identify PR opportunities, including awards, podcasts and industry publications.

You'll work closely with the CMO through monthly planning sessions and collaborate with internal and external team members to deliver content, creative assets and campaigns.

Success in this role will be measured by consistent event delivery, revenue generated from events and the execution of core marketing activities. You'll also have the opportunity to earn commission on deals sourced through your events.
‍

What you'll need

  • Proven experience planning and delivering B2B events, both in person and online.
  • Confidence hosting events, presenting and engaging with key decision-makers.
  • A track record of creating marketing campaigns that generate pipeline and revenue.
  • Strong email marketing skills, ideally with experience using Klaviyo.
  • Excellent copywriting skills and experience producing SEO-optimised content.
  • Confidence using AI tools to streamline marketing activity and improve productivity.
  • A proactive, commercially minded approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to take ownership from planning through to execution.
  • Based in or near Manchester, with the flexibility to attend the office and in-person events.
  • To be a genuine team player who enjoys collaborating, contributing ideas and getting involved.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience working within a B2B agency, lead generation or professional services business.
  • Experience using HubSpot, Lemlist, Webflow or similar platforms.
  • An existing network within the UK B2B or agency community.
  • Experience securing PR opportunities, awards or industry recognition.

Our hiring process

  1. First interview with HR: An introductory conversation to explore your experience, values and alignment with the role.
  2. Second interview with our CMO: A deeper discussion about your events experience, marketing expertise and ability to drive commercial results.
  3. Final stage with our CMO and Co-Founder: You'll present how you would approach Flowd's events programme, including event ideas, formats, promotional strategy and execution. We want to see how you think, plan and present.
