Gough, a growth-oriented leader with over 15 years of experience in commercial development, will oversee Flowd’s UK operations and provide strategic input into the company’s ambitious expansion efforts. With a decade of experience in performance marketing, Gough joins Flowd after a successful stint at Leads.io where he scaled their North American entity to $40 million in revenue within six years.

The company has also achieved three consecutive years of doubling revenue and is on track for a fourth in 2024, expanding from Manchester to New York and opening a central European hub in Skopje along the way.
