We work with some of the world’s most interesting brands and have big aspirations to become the leader in our space. We have an international team of 35 based across Manchester (UK) and Skopje (NM) and are expanding our services fast around the world.

We aren’t looking for your average employee. We’re looking for someone willing to contribute ideas, go above and beyond, and be part of our journey.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Self-source new opportunities by making cold calls, LinkedIn and emails.
  • Qualify potential new clients. They may have the budget and the need, but it’s just as important for us that our clients share the same values as we do. Allowing the team to achieve a long-term and enjoyable partnership.
  • Maintain a well-organised sales pipeline and track leads and opportunities.
  • Proactively prospecting through self-sourced and company-provided leads

What you’ll need:

  • At least 1+ years of experience in a role focused on winning business. (Experience in lead generation or a digital marketing agency is a plus)
  • Confidently presenting both virtually and face to face with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • The ability to think on your feet and build rapport with a wide variety of characters from different industries and backgrounds.
  • Proactive and results-driven.
  • Excellent communication skills with clients
  • Able to navigate complex deals and close them effectively.
  • Strong time management skills and looking to improve processes and maximise opportunities for high efficiency.
  • To be a genuine team player, both in the office and in our darts team competitions.

We have an international team of 35+ based across our HQ in Manchester, UK and Europe (Skopje), We’re expanding our service fast around the world and we’re now looking for an experienced Marketing & Brand Executive to join our team and support our next phase of growth.

 

Role overview:

The role is designed for someone who can support brand visibility and community-led marketing, while also being highly organised and operationally strong behind the scenes. You’ll help keep content, campaigns and marketing operations moving – with a strong focus on consistency, quality and speed.

A big part of this role will involve working inside Claude and using AI tools to support content production, campaign execution and marketing efficiency. To be successful in this role, you need to be genuinely interested in AI, quick to learn new tools, and confident using them day to day to improve output.

This role is ideal for someone who is creative and structured – someone who enjoys brand and content, but also naturally thinks in systems, process and execution.

Core Responsibilities 

1) Social Visibility, Personal Brand & Community-Led Lead Generation

Support Flowd’s visibility and demand generation through:

  • Company LinkedIn page management and consistency
  • Personal brand content support (Founders)
  • Community-building activity and engagement both on-feed and via DM outreach
  • Helping turn content and visibility into meeting opportunities

2) Brand Content, Decks & Campaign Support

Support the production and rollout of brand and campaign assets, including:

  • Content and visual asset creation (Canva/other)
  • Deck uplifts and presentation support
  • Campaign and initiative support (e.g. webinars, lead magnets, awards, brand launches)
  • Promotional content and execution support across channels

3) Marketing Operations, Admin & AI-Enabled Efficiency

Keep the marketing function running smoothly through:

  • Marketing admin and CRM hygiene
  • Opportunity and enquiry routing support
  • QA checks on public-facing assets (links, messaging, versions)
  • Using AI tools and workflows (especially Claude) to improve speed, consistency and execution efficiency

What Success Looks Like

  • Flowd’s LinkedIn and personal brand activity is consistent and well-managed
  • Campaigns and brand initiatives are better organised and delivered on time
  • Decks and content assets are polished and on-brand
  • Marketing operations are cleaner, faster and more reliable
  • AI is used well to improve output quality and team efficiency
  • Predictable flow of inbound enquiries/ opportunities delivered WoW

Skills & Experience

Must Have

  • Experience in a marketing execution role (B2B)
  • Strong Canva / visual content skills
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing multiple moving tasks
  • Confident written communication and content support skills
  • Proactive, reliable and able to keep things moving
  • Strong interest in AI tools and workflows, with a willingness to use Claude daily as part of the role
  • Able to balance creative/content work with operational execution and process.
