About the role.
We’re looking for a new account manager to join the team. Reporting directly to the account director, you’ll be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and results. On a daily basis, you’ll be communicating with clients, reviewing campaign performances, and making data-driven improvement decisions.
Communicating clearly and effectively with clients & answering client questions and queries
Monitoring campaign performance and reporting poor performance to account director, reporting to the account director daily
A/B testing client email copy and constantly working to improve results
Managing email replies, booking meetings for clients, and ensuring client’s CRM and documents are up to date
of working at Flowd
Mental Health coaching
We work with Mind Health School to provide all employees access to mental health coaching
Quarterly team trips
Our team goes on trips abroad every quarter, along with regular meetups and staff nights out
