Account Manager

About the role.

We’re looking for a new account manager to join the team. Reporting directly to the account director, you’ll be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and results. On a daily basis, you’ll be communicating with clients, reviewing campaign performances, and making data-driven improvement decisions.

Key responsibilities

Communicating clearly and effectively with clients & answering client questions and queries

Monitoring campaign performance and reporting poor performance to account director, reporting to the account director daily

A/B testing client email copy and constantly working to improve results

Managing email replies, booking meetings for clients, and ensuring client’s CRM and documents are up to date


It’s important that you know how to communicate effectively and clearly with clients. We see ourselves as an extension of our clients’ teams, so developing lasting relationships is a priority. Experience working in CRMs and making data-driven decisions is a key part of this role.

You’ll be receiving and sending a lot of emails in this role, so it’s important that you can write the perfect responses to prospects to book the meetings. The goal is conversion, without coming across as rude, selly, or lazy.

We’re always upgrading and updating our tech stack, so it’s important that you’re able to adapt quickly to new technology. If you’re interested in tech, you’ll love this role.
