Head of Sales
About the role
This is an incredible opportunity for the right person. We’re looking for someone to oversee all of our lead-generation channels, participate in calls across all pipeline stages, perform demos, close deals, and more. If you have 2-3 years experience selling over the phone, liaising with different teams, and work well under pressure, you could be the perfect fit.
Who are we?
Flowd is a fast-growing UK based marketing agency based in the heart of Manchester.
We focus on creative personalisation using AI and have delivered over 1000 qualified sales meetings for our clients in 2021.
We have an international team of 11 based across Europe and are expanding our service fast around the world and are now looking for a Head of Sales to spearhead our sales division.
Overseeing all lead-generation channels, participating in sales calls across the pipeline, and performing demos with the goal of closing clients.
Follow KPIs set by the CEO, generate sales reports & report to CEO, forecast sales figures for each quarter across the FY
Oversee the onboarding process of new partners
Take pride in your role, demonstrate motivation, and build out your own team within the next 12 months
